1) APPLICATION OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By accessing and using this e-commerce website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. All sales are final, and returns are not applicable for personal protective Equipment. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any products or services without prior notice. Your use of this site constitutes your agreement to our privacy policy and all applicable laws and regulations.
2) DEROGATIONS: any clause contrary to these GTC is not enforceable against our Company unless it has given its prior, express agreement to such a clause in writing.
3) PAYMENT: Payment for all purchases must be made before the time of checkout using the available payment options. All prices are listed and include applicable taxes. Orders will be processed only after successful payment. In case you find any error in payment confirmation, please contact our customer support during the working hours mentioned below for a resolution.
4) DELIVERY ADDRESS: Delivery shall be made to the given address. The company won’t be responsible for any wrong address and return shipments.
5) TIMED DELIVERIES- NO PICK UPS ON SUNDAYS: If the order is confirmed at the weekend or on an official holiday in the UAE. The order will be processed on the next working day.
6) OFFICE WORKING HOURS: The customer support team will be only available working hours – Monday to Friday – 9.00 PM to 6.00 PM
7) RETENTION OF TITLE: Ownership of goods is transferred to the buyer upon full payment and receipt of the products. Until the payment is completed, the goods remain the property of the e-commerce website. The Company reserves the right not to confirm the order or reclaim the product if the payment is not received in full or if there is any violation of the terms and conditions. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the delivery address and maintaining the condition of the goods upon receipt.
8) WEBSITE SECURITY: We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our website collects, uses, and safeguards your data in accordance with applicable laws and industry standards. Information gathered during your shopping experience is solely for order processing, customer service, and enhancing your shopping experience. 9) DELIVERY SCHEDULE & DETAILS: Orders are processed on a first come first served basis and excluding Sundays are processed within 24 – 48 hours, which will be delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost, with delivery times ranging from 1-3 business days. All deliveries are subject to stock availability and any unforeseen delays will be promptly communicated to you. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons and holidays.
10) DAMAGED DELIVERY OR MISSING ITEMS: If your product is damaged or missing on delivery, you must contact our customer support team immediately. If you fail to do so, we won’t be responsible for the damage.
11) PACKING ERRORS: We try to send the orders as correctly as possible on our side. But if you find any errors, contact our customer support team immediately within 24 hours.
12) GUARANTEE: MOUNTAIN EXTREME won’t be providing an additional warranty over the supplier’s warranty period (if any).
13) CANCELLATION POLICY: You can cancel outstanding orders within 24 hours of confirmation (received on your email). The payment deducted will be refunded or you can receive an alternative product instead.
